Mr Bendy has a new friend...

...who is a specialist at painting, curing and denibbing panels of many kinds in his magnificent NeatPaint machine. As he promised in March, Mr Bendy gave Mr NeatPaint a leg-up by going to Germany to buy a new state-of-the-art sanding machine to rid sheets of their pesky nibs after they have been painted with priming paint. The result is a sheet which is as smooth as... as silk.

In with the new...

...and this clever fellow - Charles who is feeding it - and this new blue sanding-beast with the pipes and the wires and the computer screen for a face is hungrily gobbling a newly minted sheet of NeatRout before it is to be painted. So not only does the machine denib painted sheets, it smoothes the face and removes the furry strands which the cutter leaves behind.

And out with the old...

...and this clever fellow - Urim in yellow smock - is breaking up the CNC machine that used to make NeatRout until Mr Bendy MDF got a supercharged one, while the proud new owner reflects.

...that the machine is too big to enter his factory! Undaunted...
