Mr Bendy MDF insulates himself from the vapours... | ![]() |
...in his quest for his customers to have small carbon feet (particularly when they walk up walls). Mr Bendy has a magic Aluminium foil which he has glued to the reverse face of sheets of Neatmatch made from MDF and Plywood. This enhances the insulation properties of the original MDF and Ply sheet to heat, sound and vapour, so long as there is a gap of 20 mm between the layer of foil and the structure behind it - wall, roof or whatever. This is just the ticket for panelling a cosy room. Mr Bendy understands that the purveyors of this magic Aluminium foil have not encountered a nut like him who wants to glue the stuff. It is plain to Mr Bendy that just laying the material from the roll consumes money and time and risks someone getting wound up in the unwinding roll! And you want proof of its efficacy? Just put your outstretched hand on a table and hold the foiled side 20 mm above it - in a few seconds you will feel your hand heating up! |

...To see his customers and the new products at the IWF (International Woodworking Machinery and Furniture Supply Fair) in Atlanta. It was a high powered delegation: Philip Brading (Chairman), Martin James (Director of the American business) and Penny Peeler our Resident Administrator. They are back now briefing Mr Bendy with new ideas and to wonder why Americans buy so much more Neatflex than Neatform.Perhaps it is because customers were familiar with this thicker, bonded product which was made by a competitor before Mr Bendy came on the scene. |

...annoy Mr Bendy MDF's family's seaside camping holiday in Pembrokeshire! And doubtless everyone else's which was brave (or foolish) enough to chance the elements. Mr Bendy will tell of a more beneficent saint in September.but with his MR (Moisture Resistant) Neatmatch, the "sweet rain of Heaven" can fall for ever without bothering him. |
