Mr Bendy knows that you need

Mr Bendy knows that you need your boards painted!...

And luxuriates in his 4 power-showers of paint when he lies in the Neatpaint machine under its 4 spray guns.  His painting programme is moving apace.  It started with water-based priming of Neatmatch MDF and continues with any other sheet material, wood based or otherwise, that our customers want us to prime.  Mr Bendy cannot believe that anyone would actually want to hand-spray or roll on primer paint!  His machine has a big capacity and a big appetite.  Mr Bendy paints boards which have a maximum width of 4 foot 3 inches (actually up to 1300mm), a maximum length of 12 feet (3660mm) and a maximum thickness of 80mm.  He is happy to paint one side or both sides of sheets, and does not mind if they have been pre-machined by others,  machined in his factory or not machined at all!  He is about to prime lozenge shaped MDF boards (3000 x 420 x 15mm) on both sides and is looking forward to taking his medicine (without a glass of water)!  And his machine cures the wet paint in a hot air and UV light oven.  More and more people are agreeing with Mr Bendy that priming MDF sheets by hand is tiring and boring and costly and so he is happy to do it for you.  With priming under his belt, he is working on tip-top denibbing and new finishes – top coats, FR and antigraffiti paints etc etc.   Mr Bendy prefers water-based paints to solvent-based because he wants to be friendly to the environment.

 Meet Phyllis O’Brien...

Phyllis O’Brien

February is a very special month for Phyllis who is the most senior member of the Neatgang – by a goodly margin!  She becomes LXXX or XXC, depending on from which end you approach the matter.  Happy birthday and many happy returns of the day Phyllis!  Her celebrations included a visit to The British Museum to see The Terracotta Warriors, which made her feel younger!!   Phyllis joined the company soon after it started in 1984.  For 10 years, she was the office and Peter Koumbas was the factory, whilst the company evolved from Neatstate to Neat Grooved Boards to Neat Display and finally to Neat Concepts.  Phyllis comes to the office to deal with accounts and still takes work home!

What a boring ugly wall which is just asking
to be hidden by Neatmatch!

Neatmatch

...This boring wall is an internal weight supporting red brick wall which was left in its naked state.  Then it was painted white which didn’t improve matters much.  Now it has been covered with Neatmatch and looks a whole lot better and cosier.  The brick surface was irregular and the horizontal baton method was used for applying the Neatmatch panels.  The sequence is shown along with another method which is appropriate when covering a smooth wall.  And the Neatmatch is now PRIMED by Mr Bendy in his factory.

You want a curve in your wall, ceiling, furniture, exhibition stand, kitchen, bathroom... See our range of curving flexible products.
